o To add or remove products to an order you already have placed, please give us a call on 01098520433, email us at tss.team@tss-eg.com, or just drop us a message on our Facebook page, and we’ll gladly assist you if your order has not been shipped.

- Business days

o Business days are weekdays from Sunday till Thursday (excluding public & official holidays)

- Competitions

o We create competitions from time to time on our social media & website, each competition will have a set of terms and conditions on its own, please make sure you check them out here before participating

- Delivery/Shipping

o Lead time: We aim to deliver our products within 2-3 business days in Cairo and 3-5 business days to the rest of Egypt. International shipping lead time depends on the country and the courier. Lead time & fees appear automatically based on the location and total weight of your order on the checkout page under “Shipping Methods”.

o Couriers & Fees: We work with different delivery couriers domestically and internationally to give our valued customers the choice to go with the preferred shipping courier. Delivery couriers that are available will appear on the checkout page under “Shipping Methods” with the fees of each one, based on location and total order weight.

o Tracking: As part of our mission to provide an exceptional customer experience when shopping on TSS, we are currently working on an automated tracking service which will enable our customers to track their packages/orders real time on our website through their personal accounts.

o Orders Delay: For any delay in your order, please don’t hesitate to contact our customer care team to provide a solution.

- Discount Vouchers/Coupons

o Those include vouchers issued to customers from co-branded competitions with TSS partners, vouchers issued from competitions on our social media/website or vouchers issued during events. Vouchers could be limited to certain products and/or categories. Vouchers also could be restricted on a minimum order value to acquire the discount. Please refer to our customer care team for further information on any restrictions on issued vouchers.

- International shipping

o Payment options: Credit card is currently the only available payment method for international orders.

o Customs & Taxes: Final price paid on our website with your credit card is excluding customs & taxes incurred on your order by the country of your residence. Please refer to your country’s customs & tax rates as they will be paid upon the arrival of your order to the shipping courier. Please also check your country’s customs import guidelines before you place an order to make sure there are no restrictions on the products in your order. TSS will not be liable to any customs and/or taxes incurred by the country of your residence as well as any product restrictions on your order.

- Loyalty Program

o All our customers with a registered account on our website are automatically enrolled in our loyalty program! You will have points that start from “0” and you will gain points by placing orders. Each order you place, you will get 5% back from the total value of the order in points. 1 point = 1 pound and your points can be redeemed at any time on our website. For example, if you place an order for 100 EGP while being a registered customer on our website, you will get 5 pounds back in your account as 5 points.

- Payment Options

o Cash on delivery: With this method, you get to pay when you receive your order and in cash. (not applicable on international orders)

o Credit card: With this method, you get to pay by credit card through our SSL secured website and through Payfort’s (the strongest and best payment gateway in the Middle East) certified and secured cards processor.

o Surcharge Fee: A payment card surcharge fee, also known as a checkout fee, is an additional fee that is automatically added to a consumer's bill when he or she uses a card for payment.

- Placing an order

o It’s as simple as:

§ Add to cart the desired products

§ Once you are ready to place your order press “Proceed to Checkout” from your cart on the top right of any page

§ Follow the checkout steps till you press “Submit my order”

§ Your order number will appear and you will able to track its progress and see its status from your account on our website (if you created one)

o If you need any help placing your order, please contact our customer care team at 01098520433 or tss.team@tss-eg.com. They will guide you step by step, however, we are not able to place orders on your behalf for the safety of your information.

- Pre-orders

o When a product is on pre-order, means that this product is not currently in stock, however, it will be in stock very shortly and placing an order is your chance to reserve it before it runs out of stock once it is available. Pre-order products will have a shipping date under the “Add to Cart” button on the product page. The shipping date means that your order will reach you in 2-3 business days in Cairo and 3-5 business days in Egyptian governorates from the date that is stated under the “Add to Cart” button.

- Product Pricing

o “List price”

§ List price (it appears under any product as the higher price) is the original price of the product based on the actual product price in the domestic market, and sometimes in the global market. We do not follow the scheme of “raise the price and place a discount”. We do our best to always provide you with the best value in the market for the products available.

o Discounts, offers & promotions

§ We do our best to offer our valued customers discounts on the available products from time to time based on seasonality, promos, holidays, social media competitions, etc.

- Return/Exchange Orders

o Exchange/Return Policy: We have a 30 days return/exchange policy for any order placed through TSS given only that the product(s) is still in the purchase condition (Neither packaging nor tags are torn or ripped and the product has no dirt or any signs of usage on it). This policy is not applicable on orders purchased through discount vouchers.

o Exchange/Return an order: If you have received your order and want to exchange or return any item, please contact our customer care at 01098520433 or tss.team@tss-eg.com

- TSS delivery agents

o As a part of our mission to deliver an exceptional customer experience, our delivery agents are highly trained on using digital maps to efficiently reach any location and deliver your orders while being on time. We also have a very strong policy against tipping as it does not align with the exceptional experience we aim to deliver. If for any reason you feel like our agent(s) is not doing his job correctly, please do not hesitate to report back to us at 01098520433 or tss.team@tss-eg.com.

o Our official working hours are from 10 am till 10 pm from Sunday till Thursday (excluding public & official holidays)
